Group work helps us:

Anyone who wants to deepen their connection to themselves and others. Group sessions provide the framework for us to process while in relationship and to experience the support of the group.
Recommended Skills
Basic skills in noticing when your body is getting stressed or activated and the ability to bring in something soothing. Experience with a nervous system regulation program is recommended. The 21 Day Journey offered by Trauma Healing Accelerated is highly recommended. We can discuss this in the free group pre-consult.
