Do you have a past that feels like it’s still running your present? We all have chapters in our stories that hold pain, confusion, or old patterns we can’t seem to shake. These aren’t flaws—they’re messages from parts of us that got stuck in time, asking to be heard and finally understood.

Befriend Your Story is a series of experiential workshops designed to help you gently and compassionately turn toward those chapters—not to relive the pain, but to release it. Using powerful, somatic-based methods like guided visualization, sociometry, and internal systems mapping, we create a safe space to meet your inner world with curiosity, not fear.

The Intro to Growing Harmony Within Course is so helpful. It provides lots of scientific information about the nervous system and trauma but breaks it into easily understandable short lessons.
