Ways To Use These Cards

Getting Started
Browse the deck. All cards are displayed face‑up so you can see the image.
Click any card to flip it over and see the message on the back along with the stage of the journey it pairs with. Check out the legend at the bottom for all the stages.
Click the card again to flip it back to the front. 

These cards are not a test. They are companions on your path. Let your body and heart guide your
choices—your mind can rest for now.

Suggestions
Daily draw: Choose one card each morning and sit with its phrase for a few breaths. Notice what arises in your body.
Online Group warm‑up: Ask each person to choose a card that speaks to them and share a single word about why.
Deep exploration: Choose a card that calls to you. Read the phrase, close your eyes, and let your inner parts respond. Journal or share with a friend.
Shuffle for surprise: Click the Shuffle button to randomize the deck. Then pick the first card you see.

Each card has a symbol that connects to the Empowered Healing Journey. There is a legend at the bottom of the page for the symbols.
